Recently, our Thai client team visited Wonderful Technology’s factory to complete on-site acceptance and operator training for the metal can visual inspection machine.

Our engineers and the client verified machine performance item by item. We tested core functions including metal can appearance inspection, dimension check and high-speed inline stability. We validated detection of typical defects like dents, scratches, poor curling and printing flaws, confirming inspection accuracy and alarm functions.

Once acceptance passed, our team provided hands-on training for the client’s engineers and operators. The training covered machine operation, parameter setup, camera and light adjustment, basic troubleshooting and daily maintenance. With on-site guidance, the client team mastered independent operation of the vision system.

The client was satisfied with machine performance and our training service. This event marks the successful delivery of this metal can inspection project.
